　　Nowadays, it’s essential for a person who hunts for a job to take an interview. Job interview is a formal meeting between employer and the job hunter, which I think it’s beneficial to both parts.

　　现如今，参加面试对于找工作的人来说是十分必要的。面试是面试者和应聘者的正式会面，我认为这对双方都是有利的。

　　I would like to discuss about the advantages of job interview. On the one hand, for the employer, it’s the first time that the employer can know the hunter face to face. During the interview, employer can freely talk to the hunter and the form of interview is flexible that employer can know the hunter in depth from various aspects. It can’t be accomplished by paper test. On the other hand, for the employee, it’s a must-step for job hunting that employee can fully show his or her talent. It’s a golden chance to get the job that employee must well prepare for. Besides, employee can ask questions about the position and company so that to deeper understand the company. After all, it’s important to know whether you fit for the job or the company or not.

　　我想谈谈面试的好处所在。一方面，对于招聘者而言，这是第一次能面对面了解应聘者的机会。在面试时，招聘者可以与应聘者自由交流。并且面试的形式也可以灵活多变，这样招聘者就能从各个方面深入了解应聘者，这通过笔试是无法做到的。另一方面，对于应聘者而言，这是找工作的必要一步，通过面试也能展现自己的才能。面试是应聘者获得工作的最佳机会，因此必须要好好做准备。此外，应聘者也可以就职位和公司的具体情况提出自己的问题，以至于能更深入地了解公司。毕竟，要知道自己是否适合这个职位或者这个公司是很重要的。

　　In short, a job interview is beneficial to both the employer and the employee that they all should attach importance to it.

　　简单来说，面试对招聘者和应聘者来说都是有好处的，双方都应该重视面试这一环节。
