　　The growth path is long and tortuous, even full of thorns. The seniors once said that growth needs experience and toughening. Only steel ourselves by suffering and test ourselves in impasse can we really grow up.

　　For one thing, life can not be a plain sailing and everything goes well. Therefore, we have to have the ability to deal with various situations especially the adverse situation. However, this kind of ability can’t be developed easily or learned from text books. We can develop the ability gradually, only by truly experiencing different matters. For example, a golden winner must experience countless failures to get to the peak.

　　For another, once we meet different challenges and overcome them, they can’t beat us anymore. After that, we will be strong enough to face many things. It’s those things that make us better and better. Some day in future, we will be grateful to the difficulties.

　　In short, we need experience while we are growing up. Those experiences help us to be mature and what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.

　　一方面，生活不可能都是一帆风顺、事事顺意，因此，我们必须要培养自己应对各种情况的能力，特别面对逆境的能力。然而，这种能力并不是简简单单就能培养的，也不能从书本上学到。我们只能通过真真切切的历练慢慢培养这种能力。例如，一个冠军必定要经历无数次的失败才能站在世界之巅。

　　另一方面，一旦我们真正面对了挑战并战胜它们，它们就不可能再打倒我们。经历过后，我们已足够强大去面对许多事情，正是这些事和经历让我们越来越好。将来的某一天，我们会感激生命中所有的困难。

　　简单来说，在成长的道路上，我们需要历练，这些历练帮助我们变得成熟，那些打不垮我们的终将会让我们变得更强大。
