Healthy eating habits
As we know, food gives us energy. We must have enough food to keep us healthy. If we choose right food, we can have healthy eating habits. We should eat more fruit and vegetables instead of biscuits, hamburgers,Beijing roast duck and so on. We should eat fewer snacks and candies. Different foods help us in different ways.We should have different kinds of foods, such as fruit, vegetables, grains , eggs, milk, meat, fish and so on. We should do exercise more often, so we can become healthier.

我们知道食物可以给我们能量。我们必须吃足够的食物来维持我们的健康。如果我们选择了正确的食物,我们可以有健康的饮食习惯。我们应该多吃水果和蔬菜而不是饼干,汉堡包,北京烤鸭等。我们应少吃零食和糖果。不同的食物以不同的方式帮助我们。我们应该吃不同种类的食物,如水果,蔬菜,谷物,鸡蛋,牛奶,肉类,鱼。我们应该多锻炼,我们才可以变得更健康。
